I'm Maya Hayes, a Certified Nutrition Educator and Master of Public Health graduate, wife, and mother of two adorable kiddos, Everly (born in 2016) and Easton (born in 2019).  I am passionate about food, nutrition, and good health. I believe you can live a wonderful, healthy life without feeling deprived. 
I specialize in helping individuals and groups lose and maintain weight, but I also love to coach people in other aspects of lifestyle change and good health.  I live in Sonoma County and currently serve clients in Marin and Sonoma Counties.

What I Do
  1. Meal Planning
    We will work together to find the best solution for your nutrition plan. If you want additional time dedicated to the creation of a meal plan just for you I am happy to work on this with you.
  2. Support
    I believe that having support makes all the difference in making lifestyle changes. I am here to provide support in person, phone, text, email - whatever works best for you.
  3. Exercise
    Exercise is an important component of every healthy lifestyle, but that doesn't mean you need to spend three hours per day at the gym! We will discuss the suitable level and types of exercise for you that fit into your life.
  4. Health Issues
    Health issues I haven't mentioned? Wondering if I can help? Contact me with any questions about whether I can help you manage your health condition.
  5. Weight-loss
    The majority of my clients come to me for this service. I have helped people reach their weight loss goals and maintain them for over 6 years - let me help you reach yours!
  6. Stress
    A holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle includes stress management. We will discuss causes of stress in your life and ways to work on stress management.
